Stemme Australia is the proud representative in Australia of Stemme AG, manufacturers of the worlds' finest high performance touring motor-glider.

The Stemme S10-VT is the state of the art in motor glider design, featuring a high performance open class (50:1) sailplane, and fast two place touring airplane, combined into a single airframe.

The aircraft features a Rotax 914 Turbo powerplant enclosed at the aircraft centre of gravity.

This powerful engine is linked through a carbon fibre driveshaft to the worlds' most innovative folding (and electrically selected two-pitch) propeller, which completely disappears beneath the aircraft nose cone during soaring flight.

Combined with electric retractable undercarriage and a 23 metre flapped high performance wing, this aircraft is truly the pinnacle of high performance motor glider design.

Stemme AG will release other models of pure sailplane and motor gliders in the future starting with the S6 touring motorglider.
